Low cost, high performance, low frequency (LF) 125kHz passive tags. LF tags are small passive devices which are available in a variety of form factors and are used in applications including contact less access control and authentication, embedding into products and work in process.
LF tags are robust, work near surrounding metals and penetrate most materials allowing them to be integrated with many items.
A wide variety of LF tags are available in various form factors including disks, plastic cards, glass and key fobs. High pressure, temperature and chemical resistance varieties are also available.

The Eureka 125kHz reader module is a low frequency (LF) low power short range RFID reader which provides proximity reading and writing of LF tags.
The reader supports Unique read only (R/O) and Hitag-s read write (R/W) tags and offers typically up to 5cm of read range using the supplied antenna. Other LF protocols may be available by request and firmware upgrade.
The 125kHz RFID reader module provides an ideal low cost solution for OEM applications, product integration, RFID pilots and trials.

Comms Interface with 125kHz RFID Module
The Eureka comms interface with 125kHz reader module is a fully integrated low frequency (LF) low power short range RFID reader.
The interface board provides multiple communication options for the integrated 125kHz LF reader module that fits directly on the interface board. Communication options include RS232, RS485 half duplex 2 wire, RS485 full duplex 4 wire, USB and Ethernet TCP/IP.
The 125kHz RFID reader module provides proximity reading and writing of LF tags and supports Unique read only (R/O) and Hitag-s read write (R/W) tags and offers typically up to 5cm of range using the supplied antenna. Other LF protocols may be available by request and firmware upgrade.
The comms interface provides an ideal low cost RFID solution for OEM applications, multiple read points, networked rfid systems, rfid pilots and trials.
