The Eureka comms interface with 13.56MHz reader module is a fully integrated high frequency (HF) low power short range RFID reader.
The interface board provides multiple communication options for the integrated 13.56MHz HF reader module that fits directly on the interface board. Communication options include RS232, RS485 half duplex 2 wire, RS485 full duplex 4 wire, USB and Ethernet TCP/IP.
The 13.56MHz RFID reader module provides proximity reading and writing of HF tags and supports the ISO 15693 standard typically offering up to 5cm of range using the integrated PCB antenna. Other HF protocols may be available by request and firmware upgrade.
