TRANSIT Readers

The TRANSIT readers consist of a controller and built-in antenna for quick, easy installation. Due to the systems long reading range the TRANSIT can be installed out of the reach of vandals. The identification lobe of the reader is a directed beam offering precise determination of the identification area. The TRANSIT reader operates on a frequency, selected and set at factory. The frequency offset allows multiple readers to operate in the same range. The reading range of the reader can be adjusted to ensure reliable identification.

Standard 2.45GHz RFID Reader

A long-range 2.45GHz RFID system, primarily for automatic identification of moving vehicles from distances up to 10m, operates as a stand-alone reader that can be integrated in an existing access, parking, traffic or loading control system.

The RF Reader is available with a wide range of communication interfaces and supports many different protocols for seamless integration.

Extended 2.45GHz RFID Reader

The Extended 2.45GHz RFID Reader expands on the features of the standard reader by adding functionality that enables the reader to store authorization profiles and data records.

2.45GHz Long Range RFID Tag

A long range 2.45GHz RFID tag used for vehicle identification and vehicle access control applications. Especially designed to suit the interior of a passenger car. The tag is characterised by exceptional design and excellent performance. Easily mounted inside the vehicle behind the windscreen by means of a suction cup. The tag with switch is especially developed for applications where continuous activation is not required.

2.45GHz Long Range RFID Tag (Industrial)

A long range 2.45GHz RFID tag used for vehicle identification in industrial applications such as the transport industry. A windshield mounted tag that can easily be mounted behind the windscreen of a vehicle.

Booster & Combi-Booster

The Booster and Combi-Booster are tags that are especially designed to be used in combination with proximity cards.

Booster

The main feature of the Booster unit is the ability to provide convenient vehicle access based on a proximity card. The Booster unit can hold a proximity card and amplify the read range of a proximity card up to 10 meters to the TRANSIT reader.

Combi-Booster

The Combi-Booster is a dual ID tag enabling simultaneous identification of the inserted proximity card and the embedded vehicle ID, resulting in rapid combined driver and vehicle monitoring and highly secure vehicle access.

2.45GHz Pocket RFID Tag

A thin, light weight RFID tag allowing identification of people in long and short-range, hands free applications such as access control of pedestrians and long-range identification for people on motorbikes, bicycles, horses, or in vehicles.

2.45GHz Heavy Duty RFID Tag

The Heavy Duty Tag is an RFID tag especially designed for applications requiring long-range identification and exposure to harsh environmental conditions. The tag is weatherproofed and can also be used in explosive zones.
